My dealership directed me to Auto Glass Masters when my windshield was criminally destroyed and 2/3rd of it was shattered. I called to get an estimate and spoke with Serena, who couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. She sent me an estimate, and I told her I had to wait on scheduling until the States Attorney’s Office gave me the okay. Months later when I finally received the go ahead, I called and spoke with Serena once again (who remembered me). And once again, she was great. She checked to see if the original estimated price was still good, along with availability and got back to me so I was able to pay the deposit and set up a time and date to bring my vehicle in. They are located two hours away from me, so the day of I planned on leaving 2 ½ hrs. early. Thankfully I did because when I got ready to leave, the car battery was dead. Luckily a mechanics shop not far from me was available to come and jump my car, but there was no way I would make my appointment on time. I called and told them that my GPS said I should be about 15 mins late and they said that would be ok. I was so stressed driving that far with my windshield damaged that badly and now I was running late but I did end up making it there only 15 mins late and the staff was so friendly, helpful and understanding. At the end of the day, my windshield was repaired perfectly, and I had a much less stressful 2 hr. drive home. I know that Serena’s name is the only one that I took the time to write down when I was getting my estimate and she was wonderful. However, so was everyone I dealt with that day on site. How do I know if my windshield needs to be replaced instead of repaired?

If the damage is larger than a dollar bill, located in the driver’s line of sight, or involves multiple cracks, replacement is usually recommended for safety and visibility.

Can all chips and cracks be repaired?

We can repair most chips smaller than a quarter and cracks under three inches, as long as they’re not in the driver’s direct line of sight or at the edge of the glass.

What types of tint do you offer?
